Regenerative NOx removal Industrial gas analysis Austria

You have a NOx problem. We solve it.

Measured on your gas, removed with regenerative adsorption, proven at pilot scale.

Refunded if no actionable pathway Reply within one business day NDA standard

Krajete is an Austrian gas-purification specialist. We do two things: we analyse what is really in your industrial gas stream, and we remove the NOx, with regenerative zeolite adsorbers that work at ambient temperature, without ammonia, catalysts or process water. Outlets reach the 1 ppm class in industrial service.

NOx-Removal The destination

NOx captured at ambient temperature,
recoverable as feedstock instead of destroyed.

Regenerative NOx Removal

  • 1 ppm-class outlets · no ammonia, no catalysts, no water circuit
  • Feasibility study → milestone-gated pilot on your own stream
  • Scale-up licensed through your engineering partner
CO2-purification The destination

Trace NOx, SOx and H₂S stripped at ambient temperature,
CO₂ cleared to pipeline and storage spec.

CO₂ Purification

  • Field-proven below 1 ppm at ~100,000 m³/h · lab-measured to 1–3.5 ppb
  • Feasibility study → milestone-gated pilot on your own CO₂ stream

Feasibility & Engineering

Bankable design basis with CAPEX/OPEX options and lifetime model. €15–25k, 6–8 weeks.

Target-Species 3

Run a pilot on your Gas.

Milestone-gated (mobilise → operate → decision pack), KPI acceptance criteria, on your own stream. €90–250k by scale.

Where we stop, deliberately

We deliver to pilot scale. Full-scale construction is executed by your engineering partner of choice.

How is this different
from SCR or scrubbing?

Dimension Sticker reading OTHER SCR / SNCR / wet scrubbing regenerative adsorption
Operating temperature ~250 °C (SCR) or 850–1050 °C window (SNCR) Ambient, no gas reheating
Consumables Continuous ammonia / urea dosing; catalyst replacement None, adsorber regenerated with gentle heat, reused
Fate of the NOx Destroyed to N₂, or shifted into wastewater Concentrated on desorption, recoverable as nitric-acid / fertiliser feedstock
Real-gas tolerance Sensitive to dust, humidity, load swings Demonstrated on hot, dusty kiln slipstream; stable day-2 removal >85%
Outlet level ppm-range at best, in favourable conditions 1 ppm class in service; sub-10 ppb in CO₂ matrices

red_field-deployment Regenerative NOx removal

89% average NOx uptake over 14 days of diesel field operation

Krajete installed a mobile slipstream system on a diesel generator supplying off-grid drilling power. The pilot cooled exhaust from above 350 °C into the adsorption range, ran continuously for two weeks, and retained the captured nitrogen predominantly as

Field Deployment case study Regenerative NOx removal

86% average NOx removal across 55 loading days

Krajete operated a 250 L pilot adsorber on real waste-incineration flue gas, progressively stabilised the gas-conditioning train, and demonstrated the full concept from adsorption through thermal regeneration to recovery of high-purity nitric acid.

What we don't do

CCS value chains

CO₂ transport, shipping and storage purity, trace NOx/SOx/H₂S polishing to spec, down to ppb.

Oil & gas operations

Processing facilities and engine rooms with NOx point sources; containerised, low-footprint retrofit.

Cement & lime

Kiln lines with dust, humidity and load swings, the conditions our media has already survived.

Frequently Asked Questions

If adsorption is not the right answer for your stream, the report says so, and the analysis fee is refunded.

What does the gas analysis cost and how long does it take?

€4,900 fixed, with the report delivered four weeks after your sample reaches our laboratory. It includes the full composition analysis, a removal-feasibility assessment, a permit-aligned appendix and a one-hour engineer review call. If we identify no actionable pathway, the fee is refunded.

Can you build our full-scale plant?

No. We deliver analysis, feasibility and pilot-scale regenerative NOx removal units. For full-scale construction we hand over a validated design package to your chosen EPC partner.

Does the adsorber need ammonia, catalysts or water?

No. Our regenerative adsorption media works without ammonia dosing, without noble-metal catalysts and without water consumption. Regeneration is purely thermal.

Which industries do you work with?

Chemical and specialty gas producers, biogas and biomethane plants, power and waste-to-energy operators, and industrial process facilities with NOx point sources.
